Automatic doors stay open and will not close. Consumer switched to maunal and door will not open. Consumer has taken vehicle to dealer 3 tmes ,dealer has replaced latch assembly with special tool with conjunctions switches, and also aligned conjunction switches. Dealer was not sure if defect was fixed permanently. *ak

The automatic sliding doors on the honda odyssey are advertised as having the ability to stop when confronted with an obstacle , but they clearly do not and will easily crush anything that gets in their path. This is a horrible design for any vehicle but unthinkable and unforgivable in a vehicle designed to transport children. *ak
