Over a period of a few years the steering pump has been replaced three times and one more time for the prior owner. 4 steering pumps and once again the pump is failing. The car has less then 100000 miles on it and yet honda is failing to fix the steering pump that they said they were extending a 100000 mile warranty on. Honda has known of power steering issues on the 2005-2010 odysseys. My 2005 becomes difficult to turn at times and whines loudly. With the difficulty steering, it is a safety issue. Honda service bulletin 07-005 addresses it, and mentions "goodwill" coverage, but most dealers insist on charging $700 to fix the issue (sometimes repeatedly). A recall should be issued. *tr
