I took my car last year for the recalls that had for the air bags and the interlock lever of he ignition switch.after one day of work they said they fix all of them. The vehicle was stationary when the ignition switch doesn't want to turn. It takes between 5 to 10 minutes for it to finally turn so i have to leave a key in the van and not take it out of the ignition switch in order for it to work. Once i take it out i spend another 5 to 10 minutes turning until it finally turns over.
