Failure of the latch strap on both of my sunshine radiansl model 16500 car seats. I will find the buckle on the latch strap opens/loosens which leaves the seat unlocked and not secure. I suspect that my toddler is kicking it open although i have not witnessed this event. This event has occurred 3 time on one seat and once on another seat. The booster seat should include a tether strap to keep the seat in place. Just using a seatbelt around the booster is not enough to hold it in place in an accident.
