The brakes are way too soft! I almost hit a kid in my neighborhood when i could not stop as quickly as i should have going 30mph. I have to push the brakes all the way to the floor it is insane. I have had the brakes bled, new pads put in, new calipers put in and no fix has worked.

The brake warning lamp can illuminate, indicating a low brake fluid condition, although no leaking brake fluid is visible throughout the system. A worn rear master cylinder seal can cause fluid to leak into the brake booster, which will cause diminished brake performance over time. There is already a recall issued for this same issue on 2005-2007 odysseys, but i believe it also applies to 2004 odysseys.

The brake pedal pushes almost to the floor before the van responds to braking. I have had multiple procedures done on the brakes by several mechanics and it has not fixed the problem. I usually pump the brakes when i am stopping because i don't have confidence in the braking system and by doing this, the braking system responds better. It happens at all speeds. I purchased this van used in 2008 and i noticed the…
