After filling the gas tank; a gasoline smell filled the cabin and continued to exist until the fuel pump was replaced by the honda service department. I inquired as to a recall for this problem and the service adviser stated that he was not aware of any recall notice for the fuel pump problem. A crack was discovered on the top of the device. Would honda be responsible for the replacement of this failed part? *tr

I saw the other complaints online so i call honda corporate via honda.com and complained and told them i did not have the money. Consumer writes in regards to fuel pump assembly recall. *smd the consumer stated due to the severe fuel smell in his vehicle, he had the fuel pump assembly and fuel lines checked for leaks. It was determined, the fuel pump module had cracked. It was replaced at a cost of $717.39
