According to honda owner forums, this is a common problem for which the manufacturer takes no responsibility. Considering the condition and mileage of my vehicle, motor mounts should not be coming apart.

On 6/22/2015 the front (a and b) catalytic converter shields were replaced again and the the rear shields (a and b) were replaced as well.
