I own 5 sunshine kids radian xtsl seats. All of them have the same problem. The company has not addressed this issue through a recall or even a mention of it on their website. All of the carseats become loose after proper installation. The belt that is used to tighten the seat has a faulty mechanism that allows the carseat to become so loose that it falls to the side.
