We were on a vacation 5 months after purchase and 40 minutes into our trip the entertainment system, to include audio and visual all turned off. We had to restart the entire care. Repairs were supposedly made the incident continued to happen off and on for a few months. Van was taken in on a thursday for repairs, advised it was fixed.
