When i try to insure vehicle apparently vehicle is deemed "unsafe" because it suffered significant damage and needs a rebuilt title. Dealership never made me aware the vehicle had 3 accidents. Iwas driving about 10 mph coming out of a parking garage when the vehicle suddenly shifted itself into park and came to an abrupt stop.
