Tl*the contact owns a 2008 honda odyssey. While driving approximately 25 mph in rainy weather conditions the brakes were applied but the vehicle did not stop resulting in a crash. Two passengers in the other vehicle were injured. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer where the brakes were replaced. The body damage was not repaired. The failure had not recurred.
